CytoSure Interpret Software is a powerful and user-friendly software package for analyzing chromosomal copy number variations (CNVs) and uniparental disomy (UPD) data. It provides users with the choice of either a standardized data analysis workflow (using the Accelerate Workflow) or a customizable, user-defined data analysis. When used in combination with the new CytoSure ISCA UPD array, it can effortlessly identify both CNVs and UPDs.
